There is a lightness, an empathy, and a strong connection between lifelong female friends. They pick you up when youre down, they will talk you through your problems, they will bring you champagne when you have something worth celebrating. (If your friends are good enough, they will look at just about everything you do as worthy of celebrating with champagne.)
