Career, Work Or Retirement:
If you hate your job, or are underemployed, but you’ve not wanted to leave because of the steady income, you could end up being forced out either through redundancy or being fired. It’s not set in stone but losing your job is a very real possibility. Ultimately, this would lead to your greater good, but do you really want to be fired or made redundant? Wouldn’t you rather leave of your own free will and on your own terms? Now would be a very good time to start working on ‘plan B.’ Those of you who don’t necessarily hate your job and are fully occupied may still end up losing your job anyway. Death is a card of change and that change is coming one way or another. ‘Plan B’ should be on your to-do list too. You may even want to consider making a complete change. Perhaps even a complete change of field.
Card Meanings: Spiritual Transformation, Endings, Change, Transformation, Unexpected Change, New Beginnings, Failure, Loss, Letting Go, Transition, Bad Luck, Death
Death can sometimes, but not often, indicate physical death, referring to a passing already happened. This card more often indicates transformation and change. This is definitely a time of deep transformation, likely to be both internally and externally in your life. Situations, things, and people that you have counted on or gotten used to may no longer be available to you in quite the same way as they once were. This transition can be very difficult for some people. The change though, is nearly always needed.

Here are some snippets from a few of my favorite books
Complete Book of Tarot: even after a book goes to press, an author never feels that his work is quite complete. There are always lingering doubts. Did I say enough about topic X? Was topic Y explained clearly? Will readers get confused by how I explained such and such? Should topic Z have been omitted and perhaps something else been discussed in its place? And so on. In this final chapter, I would like to outline what I hoped to accomplish in this text and conclude with a brief reflection on the psychological value of reading the tarot.

Complete Book of Tarot: Hebrew letter: Nun (a sprouting seed; a Hebrew word meaning to propagate, bear offspring, perpetuate life, continue on to a new generation, increase; also posterity, a son or an heir). The pictograph of Nun resembles a human sperm. In Aramaic, the word nun means fish, a symbol important to Christianity. This card reminds us that death is part of the natural process of engendering new life.

Development for Beginners: The term parapsychology is derived from two words: the Greek word para, meaning beyond or alongside, and psychology, the science of behavior and the mind. Parapsychology refers to the study of the many forms of psychic and paranormal phenomena, which includes precognition, telepathy, psychokinesis, clairvoyance, reincarnation, near-death experiences, and apparitional appearances.
