And by this, I mean a simple core meditation practice, one that relies on mindfulness, or observing breath, or listening to a sound. This is true meditation, rather than visualizations that encourage a flow of imagery. Strictly speaking, visualizations are not meditations at all. If you want to encourage Tarot to work at a deep level in your imagination, I suggest that you not do any other visualizations while you are still in the developmental phase of absorbing the imagery of the cards.
